At TravlFi, we want to ensure you stay connected with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your hardware, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note that data plan subscriptions are non-refundable once activated.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your TravlFi device in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories, cables, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
